Role of key witness in a lawsuit seeking damages for breach of contract.  Over a two day period, there were six mock trials.  Witness was called to testify at each of the trials.

Memorization of facts pertaining to the witness, documents executed by the witness and information pertaining to the witness’ daily task while employed by the corporation being sued.

Great experience working with actual attorneys in the trial setting.
