Well, the first two months were very slow acting wise.  It was not until February 27th that I booked my first project of 2016.  Tht project was a video for AARP entitled Pacific Coast Highway.  The spot was filmed on the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz.  I had the pleasure of working with Duncan Heath who was cast as my husband.

Then along comes March.  It starting to heat up and get very busy.  Tomorrow working on a commercial for Galvin Appliance.  Friday, I will be working in Mountain View for LinkedIn, both Garland and I will participate as audience members.  Then on Sunday, I will have two scenes in the film, Campaign' where I will play the role of Aunt Helen.

However, the best will be next week.  Tuesday I have been cast for a role in a PSA for Cancer Awareness and Research.  With this project, I think I have hit the trifecta.  One, cast off my photo without an audition.  Two, when I submitted the project was originally to be a non-union, miminal pay project.  However, I received word that the project is not SAG.  Third, I will get a Taft-Hartley and thereafter will be SAG eligible.  What more could any actor ask for.

Finally, I submitted for a project for one role and the director contacted me and requested that I submit an audition for two roles.

Right now things are heating up.  I waited almost eights weeks before I got back in front of the camera.  Keep the faith and never give up.  I'm a prime example.
